If for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) in new, resalable condition and we will replace the item or issue a full credit. Excluding any shipping and handling costs. We cannot accept returns without an authorization from someone in our company, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back.. Any Designer Rugs or Custom Made items are not returnable.Return instructions:
