Shipping
Buycowhides offers free shipping for purchases over $50, within the continental United States. All orders ship via standard USPS ground. Please be sure to provide a residential street address as we can not deliver to p.o. boxes. Express air delivery is available under request and must be paid by the customer (please call us at 786-303-1785 for details). IMPORTANT NOTE: Please allow from 6-8 weeks to deliver special products, Ex. Dyed, Printed and Designed rugs.

Hide measurements
Length is measured from the nape of neck to the hindquarters. Width is measured at the widest point across the hindquarters. We measure the widest point so you have an idea of how much hide may need to be tucked under furniture. The measurement across the center of the hide is typically the same as the length.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may exchange or return following these guidelines:
- within seven days of delivery
- return shipping is customer's responsibility
